Review guidelines

Write about your own candidate experience in factual terms. The platform is for candidate-experience transparency, not personal attacks.

Allowed

  • Describe the role, stage reached, promised feedback, response time, and what happened.
  • Use scores for communication, respect, clarity, salary transparency, and overall experience.
  • Mention companies or recruitment agencies as organisations.

Not allowed by default

  • Private personal data, phone numbers, private emails, home addresses, or screenshots containing such data.
  • Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, or unsupported criminal accusations.
  • Public score/ranking claims about individual recruiters or employees.

Company/recruitment agency rights

Claimed organisations may reply, report content, and appeal moderation decisions. They cannot delete, edit, suppress, or pay to remove candidate reviews.
