This platform is for factual candidate experiences, not revenge posting.
Allowed
Describe your own process: application stage, promised feedback, response time, interviews and what happened.
Not allowed
No private contact details, threats, insults, doxxing, unsupported criminal allegations or public individual recruiter scoreboards.
Companies
Companies can claim, reply, report and appeal. They cannot delete reviews or pay to manipulate scores.
Review guidelines
Write about your own candidate experience in factual terms. The platform is for candidate-experience transparency, not personal attacks.
Allowed
- Describe the role, stage reached, promised feedback, response time, and what happened.
- Use scores for communication, respect, clarity, salary transparency, and overall experience.
- Mention companies or recruitment agencies as organisations.
Not allowed by default
- Private personal data, phone numbers, private emails, home addresses, or screenshots containing such data.
- Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, or unsupported criminal accusations.
- Public score/ranking claims about individual recruiters or employees.
Company/recruitment agency rights
Claimed organisations may reply, report content, and appeal moderation decisions. They cannot delete, edit, suppress, or pay to remove candidate reviews.
